When we upload locked PDFs for signing, are there any options for packaging or do we need to download the signature separately?

If the document is password protected it is not possible to package the result to PAdES.

Hi Marius. There is no alternative. You cannot use password protected PDF files at all. The only option is to remove the password protection before the document is uploaded.
