BankID fails with test account when trying to sign document

Question:

I’ve created a test account using https://ra-preprod.bankidnorge.no but when I try to sign the document with the generated ID and the default password qwer1234 it fails with “feil data inntastet, vennligst prøv igjen”. I’ve tried the procedure with multiple generated test id’s without success.

What am I doing wrong?
