How do I hand over sensitive information or certificates?

Question:

I have a piece of sensitive information I’ve been asked to share with you, and I don’t want to send that by email, obviously. Do you have a private channel or something that I could use to hand it over?

Answer:

  • Do the following:

    1. Send an email to support@signicat.com, explaining that you need to send sensitive information. Do not disclose the actual information in question.
    2. You will receive a reply with a big, green button saying “Add sensitive data”. Click that button.
    3. You will then be taken to an encrypted web page where you can add supplementary information and even attachments.

The information will be associated with the ticket you just submitted. The data will be deleted after a period of 30 days.
