Reminders work in the way that your Sign Portal app sends a follow-up email and/or SMS to the signatories that have not signed a document within a given time limit, depending on how you configure reminders when you create a signing order. For instance, if you have set up daily reminders, there will be sent one follow-up message per day to each recipient that has not yet signed, until either they sign the document or the signing order expires.
