Answer:
For certain price plans, we can in addition to a custom subdomain for the signing app itself, offer a custom subdomain for the end user signature solution. The distinction between the two is that whereas a custom subdomain for the Sign Portal app means that you will log into the app on a custom subdomain, a subdomain for the signature solution means that your end users will get the signing order link to a custom domain. In other words, when you send out a document for signing, your end users (signatories) would then receive a link to sign the document on eg. the subdomain sign.mycompany.com instead of the default signature solutions (sign.signicat.io, id.signicat.com or eu01.signicat.com)
